Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Illyasha Peete, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Catalyze and Cultivate Consulting, LLC (Triple C) which serves as a Champion of Inclusive, Sustainable Healthcare Equity and Access.

Triple C, a Black woman-led, anti-racist organization passionate about centering race in all aspects of the practice. Ultimately, this will lead to the development of policies and practices aimed at addressing structural and institutional concerns across various sectors. Triple C is committed to upholding the principles of belonging, inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and liberation (B-IDEAL).

We firmly believe that as we collaboratively shape solutions within and beside the communities, we cultivate bravery, authenticity, and transformative change.
